From January to June 2013, the Cultural Heritage unit will be offering all types of Cultural Heritage classes like: Crochet Hot pad/Washcloth Sampler, Portrait Photography: Digital and Film, Welcome to Bee Keeping, Starting a backyard chicken Coop, Soap Making, Cheese Making, Gardening with Allergies and A Homesteaders Dream: Keeping a Small Ruminant (goat and sheep), just to name a few.
Choose one class or give them a “gardening bundle” that would include the following classes:

1) Tomatoes: Diversity, History and Flavor
2) Secrets of Success: Growing tomatoes, peppers and eggplant
3) Preserving Medicinal and Kitchen Herbs
4) Growing Culinary Herbs
5) Gardening with Allergies
