Wild Ideas for Clean Water

On June 27 at 5:30 p.m. Triangle Land Conservancy will host Wild Ideas for Clean Water at the Frontier at Research Triangle Park.

Follow the water Triangle residents use from the land, through the waterways, to your taps, and on to the ocean. Five speakers will each have five minutes to explain their role in your water system through rapid-fire imagery and storytelling.

The presentations are part of TLC’s Wild Ideas series at which experts and the community share their innovative ideas to safeguard clean water, protect natural habitats, support local farms and food, and connect people with nature in order to make the Triangle a more vibrant place for all of us to live, work, and play.

Following the presentations there is an expo of organizations, groups, and businesses actively working in fields related to the theme. The event is free and includes local food and drinks—Please note that registration is required.

The Frontier is located at 800 Park Offices Drive in Durham. The event ends at 8 p.m.
