Join Extension Master GardenerSM volunteers and other community groups to celebrate plants. Experts will be on hand to answer your questions about any type of gardening, from growing veggies and flowers to tending houseplants. Learn about propagation and plant selection in our demo garden. Folks from local community gardens, conservation groups, and those representing other gardening interests will be there too! The event is family friendly, with 4-H providing kids’ activities. Also, come for the free plant and garden book give-a-way (only while they last!).

Don’t miss the highly anticipated annual plant sale put on by the Extension Master GardenerSM volunteers of Durham County. Here you will find the best plants for the best prices! We’ll offer high-quality natives, veggies, perennials, houseplants, trees, and shrubs carefully grown and tended by our own volunteers. Experts will be on hand to answer all your gardening questions.

Sale starts at 10:00 am until sold out. Come early, as lines form well before the sale begins. We encourage you to be green and BYOB (bring your own box) to transport your plant purchases.
