Monarch Festival Cancelled due to Threatening Weather

On October 6, 2016 By durhammastergardenersIn Uncategorized
Parks & Rec has deemed the weather too serious for us to have the festival.  No Rain Date was planned so we will not have the festival this year.
We have set the date for 2017 as Saturday, October 14th and we hope that everyone will plan on participating.
